Questions and FAQ's

Do I have to have my car fixed at a dealership to protect my warranty?

Do I have to have my car fixed at a dealership to protect my warranty?

Do I have to have my car fixed at a dealership to protect my warranty?

No, you do not have to have your vehicle serviced at a dealership to keep your warranty intact. You can have your car expertly serviced by us without worrying about a dealer denying your warranty coverage. Legally, dealers can not deny warranty coverage just because you have maintenance and repairs performed elsewhere.

How often do I have to change my oil?

Do I have to have my car fixed at a dealership to protect my warranty?

This is a very common question. Even though your vehicle's manufacturer-recommended oil changes can vary from 3,000 to 10,000 miles, we recommend having your oil changed between 3,000 to 6,000 miles. Newer cars need oil changes less frequently than old cars.  Your environment also plays a large role in how often you need your oil changed, as well as your driving habits. This is the #1 maintenance task that prolongs the life of your vehicle engine.

My brakes are loud. Is that bad?

Check your tires regularly for signs of damage and wear on your tires. Ignoring these signs could result in a blowout on the road of a flat tire when you are ready to leave your home or work. Indicators of damage and wear include: Cracks on the sidewalls

Objects embedded in tire

Tire tread wear (very low tread depth)

Weak spots, bulges, and blisters

Uneven wear on tire

My brakes are loud. Is that bad?

Your brakes are the main safety systems on your vehicle. That is why it is so important to have your brakes checked on a regular basis. It also ensures that if parts are worn or a problem arises, it is caught early and sevice can be performed BEFORE you have a problem with stopping your vehicle.

Does my A/C need to be checked regularly?

Only when the cool breeze no longer feels as cool as you remember. Simple enough. Now, it is true that a well maintained A/C system can go its entire life without needing a recharge. But, that’s if you’re extremely lucky.

If you start noticing your A/C isn’t reaching those refreshingly cool temperatures, have your system inspected. In this situation, most cars will be low on Freon. And since the A/C is a sealed system, low Freon is a big sign that something is not right. It could be a small leak that needs attention or possibly part of the A/C is failing – bring it in and we’ll perform an A/C Performance Check and get to the root of the problem. We’ll get you back out there cruising with a nice, cool breeze again.
